Sponsorship Opportunities
Each summer Downtown Kirkwood Special Business District kicks off the summer concert season by offering businesses in Downtown Kirkwood a chance to sponsor one of the first concerts held on the first three Thursday evenings in June from 6:30-9:00 p.m. at Kirkwood Station Plaza. Booking any additional summer concerts is turned over to Station Plaza management.
Concert sponsors pay a fee and may help select the band that plays the evening of their sponsorship. During the performance, sponsors may hang a banner on the performance platform or across table placed on the plaza provided by the sponsor. Sponsors may introduce the band before they begin and after the band’s break. Sponsor may distribute information, trinkets, treats, etc. as long as the sponsor assumes responsibility for cleaning up any debris from the plaza that is a result of their giveaway.
